  4. Kwik Trip pays $3.8 million for land in AnkenyKwik Trip Inc., based in La Crosse, Wis., paid Wilson Group LLC $3.18 million for property in the 6100 block of S.E. Delaware Avenue in October, Polk County real estate records show. The Ankeny property includes 10 acres of undeveloped land.
  5. Pappajohns’ Des Moines home sold for $1.37 million24 Foster LLC acquired the late John and Mary Pappajohn’s home in June. The property, which includes 1.36 acres, is valued at $1.15 million.
