The leadership academy takes the unique perspective of the Black community and addresses leadership from a variety of perspectives including politics, education, the media, criminal justice and law, and both nonprofit and for-profit business. The application requires an introductory video, resume and a letter of recommendation. The application deadline is Jan. 28.
