Ag Outlook & Management Seminar to be held Friday in Altoona
Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will host an Ag outlook & Management Seminar in Altoona on Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Polk County Extension office at 1625 Adventureland Drive, Suite A. The program is designed to provide an evaluation of current grain and livestock market conditions, expected trends for income potential and implications of U.S. and China trade. Speakers include ISU Extension and Outreach economists Lee Schultz, Chad Hart and Wendong Zhang. A live webinar on 2019 farm income tax planning will begin at 1 p.m. and will be broadcast statewide at no charge. More information and pre-registration are available online.
