Albaugh Inc. pays penalty for EPA violations in Missouri
Albaugh Inc. has agreed to pay a $64,804 civil penalty to the United States for a series of hazardous waste and chemical Risk Management Program violations at its manufacturing plant in St. Joseph, Mo., the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced today.
According to an administrative consent agreement, the EPA inspected the facility in April 2010 to determine its compliance with the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The EPA said Albaugh has corrected the violations.
