Alliance Technologies Inc. of Des Moines today announced the acquisition of Emineo Group, an information technology solutions provider focused on Citrix and Microsoft solutions.

Emineo, which is based in Omaha and serves more than 70 small-, medium- and enterprise-sized clients, will continue operations from its current location.

Alliance Technologies President Steve Sikkink said in a press release that the acquisition is part of an effort to build a full-service IT firm.
