Another record year for Waukee construction permits

0 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentThe city of Waukee issued 1,054 building permits with a total valuation of nearly $181 million during the fiscal year that ended June 30, marking the third consecutive year-over-year increase in construction activity. In the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2015, the city issued 815 permits with a total valuation of $131 million, according to a release. Commercial projects accounted for $9.4 million in valuation. On the residential side, 354 permits were issued for single-family homes, 172 for townhouses and six for multifamily housing.
