The Des Moines Arts Festival has opened applications for the Community Outreach Program, which offers nonprofit organizations the opportunity to participate in the Arts Festival to share their mission and programming with guests for free. The program gives nonprofit partners a festival booth, signage, basic infrastructure and a $250 stipend for supplies or staffing. In return, the organizations provide a team to manage their booth and offer an arts-related activity for guests. Space is limited to 20 nonprofits.
