Applications are now being accepted for the State Historical Society of Iowa’s Historical Resource Development Program and Country School grants. The purpose of the Historical Resource Development Program grants is to preserve and conserve historical collections, as well as educate the public about these historical resources. The Country School program provides grants for the preservation and maintenance of Iowa’s one- and two-room country schools. Grant applications are due April 30.
