Cheryl Riley

AT&T Inc. announced that Cheryl Riley has been named president – Northern Plains for AT&T External Affairs, which includes responsibility for Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. Riley, who will continue to be based in Cheyenne, Wyo., has led AT&T’s legislative and community activities in Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota as director of AT&T external affairs since 2011. With her promotion, she assumes an expanded leadership role in working with policymakers and business leaders in the five-state region.
