Aureon, an Iowa-based company that provides technology services for businesses, announced the winners of its 2023 STEM scholarships. The scholarship program supports Iowa high school students pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields. This year, six students were selected from across the state and awarded varying scholarship amounts based on their academic excellence and community involvement. Since the program’s establishment in 2003, Aureon has awarded over $140,000 in total scholarship funds. The recipients are Grant Boyd, Keira Simmons, Jadyn Beland, Kiersten Knobbe, Edric Coleman and Caitlin Jensen.
