JE Dunn Construction Co. has named Shannon Baird vice president of operations, and she will lead the JE Dunn Iowa office in West Des Moines. She has more than 14 years of project management experience on construction projects around the Kansas City, Mo., region. Currently, her team is providing preconstruction services for the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics’ Ambulatory Surgery Center and will manage the construction of the Ellsworth Municipal Hospital Replacement Facility in Iowa Falls. Baird joined JE Dunn as a field engineer for its health-care group in 1997.
