Bauder Pharmacy keeps its license for now
KCCI: Bauder Pharmacy’s license remains in effect until at least March. The license was set to expire on Dec. 31, but has been extended until at last March when the Board of Pharmacy is scheduled. The move comes as the owner of Bauder Pharmacy, Mark Graziano, continues to fight drug allegations against him. Authorities raided Bauder Pharmacy in 2012 after an informant said Graziano illegally sold hydrocodone pills. Graziano denied the claims. The pharmacy has been working with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy to move ownership of Bauder’s from Mark Graziano to his sister, Kim Robertson, but the board reported problems with the plan last week.
