Bird named head of LCS rental division

84 wordsAll Latest News, Health and Wellness, On the MoveSenior housing industry veteran Chris Bird will run LCS’ rental division beginning in February, the company reported. “Chris brings 22 years of senior housing experience in the rental and CCRC spaces, a strong foundation in marketing and sales, and is a respected voice with industry capital partners,” said Joel Nelson, president and CEO. Most recently, Bird was division president on the Brookdale Senior Living leadership team. He also worked for seven years at Marriott Senior Living Services, which was acquired by Sunrise Senior Living.
