Larry Brown has been named vice president of client development at Des Moines-based CDS Global Inc., where he will oversee the expansion of value-added products and services. Brown’s experience includes graphic arts management at Hallmark Licensing Inc. and sales and marketing with ANET Corp., a warehousing and distribution services provider. CDS Global provides outsourced business solutions to multiple industries.
