The deadline to submit a nomination is noon on Friday, Nov. 18. Nominations can be submitted by a member of the Greater Des Moines Committee or by other Iowa business leaders.
According to a news release, the Hall of Fame honors the achievements of Iowans who have made outstanding contributions to the state’s business climate. Past Hall of Fame honorees serve as the selection committee.
Inductees are chosen based on merit rather than endorsement, and are selected on five criteria:

The Iowa Business Hall of Fame dinner is scheduled for Wednesday, April 26, at the Meadows and Events Conference Center at Prairies Meadows in Altoona.
