Businessolver, an employee benefits and HR technology provider, announced the acquisition of the Capstone Group, an employee benefits outsourcing and human resources compliance firm. President and CEO Jon Shanahan said the Capstone Group’s ComplianceDashboard product, which generates custom compliance calendars for employers, is a new solution Businessolver will be able to offer. Capstone Group’s more than 800 clients will transition to Businessolver. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
