ChildServe, a Des Moines-based pediatric specialty health care provider, announced the hirings of Tiffany Nagel Spinner as vice president of development and Madi Bellile as associate director of development of the nonprofit’s foundation. Nagel Spinner, who previously worked as senior director of development for the College of Design at the Iowa State University Foundation, will lead philanthropic efforts for the ChildServe Foundation, including planned and endowment giving, annual giving, special events, capital campaigns and donor recognition and stewardship. Bellile, who most recently served as director of donor engagement and events for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa, will provide strategy and oversight on ChildServe’s annual giving program, enhance donor relationships and work to strengthen corporate partnerships and planned giving opportunities, according to a news release. “We are excited about these incredible additions to our fundraising team at ChildServe — where we’re constantly striving to do more, do it better and do it together,” Dr. Teri Wahlig, ChildServe CEO, said in a prepared statement. “So much of what we do at ChildServe is made possible by philanthropy, which is why it’s so important we have team members who are able to connect generous hearts with our mission. Together, we will continue to transform lives through specialty pediatric health care.”
