Christine Spratt, general manager and vice president of Golden Eagle Distributing in Mount Pleasant, is the new chairperson of the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Commission effective July 1, the commission announced this week. The commission partners with the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division administrator to provide insight and advice regarding public policy and business decisions.
