The Chrysalis Foundation, a West Des Moines-based nonprofit that works to help Iowa girls and women thrive, announced Monday that it is moving its 2024 Grant Awards Reception due to inclement weather. The event was planned for Tuesday morning but will now be held at 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 23. More information and registration can be found here. The event will feature a reception and a brief program sharing about how partnerships influence success for girls and women in the Central Iowa community. A light breakfast and beverages will be provided. The event is free and open to the public; however, the Chrysalis Foundation requests that participants register.
