The 2010 Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo has been set for Sept. 28 at the Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel. Nido Qubein will give the keynote address at the daylong event, which is slated to include 12 breakout sessions on topics such as property management, agricultural land values and legal and tax issues. Peter Mosca, founder and president of BAK Communication, and Ernie Goss, professor of economics at Creighton University, are also scheduled to speak.
