The Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines has created “For Impact Leaders” as an opportunity to develop a community of leaders who collaborate, celebrate and support one another in collectively creating a vibrant, healthy and innovative nonprofit. This new peer learning cohort for nonprofit staff leaders will take place over the course of nine months, beginning in January 2023. The following individuals have been selected for the 2023 class: Jen Cross, Zachary Couture, Mickey Davis, Travis Gorsch, Alison Hanner, Jane Jeffries, Sarah Lohmeier, Peri Montufar, Bailey Moore, Jessica Nelsen, Hayley Rauzi, Gabie Ruggiero, A.J. Salinas, Reginald St. Romain, Jen Stout and Nikki Thomson.
