Telus will include one- and two-bedroom condos, ranging in size from 760 square feet to 1,450 square feet. Each condo will include a full-size balcony. Cost of the condos range from $240,000 to $450,000. Six-year abatement is offered with the condos. Gray’s Station is a 75-acre, $500 million master planned community, created, developed and owned by Hubbell Realty. Development of the area began in 2019.
