Corro named CEO of Coopera; De Dios Woodward to lead PolicyWorks

Corro succeeds current CEO Miriam De Dios Woodward, who has accepted the position of CEO of PolicyWorks LLC, a sister AMC company. Corro joined Coopera in January and was previously the company’s client relations director. Coopera, a Hispanic market services company, works with credit unions nationwide. Corro has more than 20 years’ experience working with credit unions on a global scale; he has held prior leadership roles with the World Council of Credit Unions. De Dios Woodward has been with the AMC family of companies since 2007. Under De Dios’ leadership since 2012, Coopera has served more than 1 million Hispanic consumers, worked with more than 200 credit unions, league and industry partners, and has expanded services to more than 30 states. She succeeds interim CEO Brian Godwin, who will take on a new leadership role within PolicyWorks following the transition.
