Council reception set for departing Hensley, Moore
A public reception will be held at 3 p.m. Monday for Christine Hensley and Skip Moore, who will leave the Des Moines City Council at the end of the year. Hensley, the dean of the council, chose not to run for another term, while Moore was defeated in his re-election bid. The reception will be held at the Richard A. Clark Municipal Service Center.
