The city of Des Moines announced that the May 5 Cinco de Mayo party will require the closing of a downtown street.

The city of Des Moines announced yesterday that the May 5 Cinco de Mayo party will require the closing of a downtown street. Court Avenue from Third Street to Fourth Street will be closed from noon on May 5 until 2 a.m. on May 6.
