D-Line Saturday service starts this week
Remember that deal we were telling you about where the city of Des Moines had thrown a few bucks at DART (Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority) to add Saturday service on the D-Line downtown shuttle? That starts this Saturday. It’s free, so you’re all set for the Zombie Burger lunch followed by a little walking at the sculpture park. The D-Line will run on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will continue its weekday runs, too, running a loop every 10 minutes from the State Capitol to Western Gateway Park between 6:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Read a news release.
