76 wordsAll Latest News, Government Policy and LawSeveral thousand Des Moines residents should expect to hear from the ETC Institute of Olathe, Kan., in the next few days as the company attempts to gauge citizen satisfaction with parks and recreational opportunities. The ETC institute has conducted a range of customer satisfaction surveys for the city over the years. For a statistically valid sample, the city needs to hear back from 800 to 1,000 residents who received the survey, which was mailed Aug. 14.
