The Science Center of Iowa and Blank IMAX Dome Theater will partner with Dahl’s Foods to renovate a portion of the “Small Discoveries” marketplace exhibit at the Science Center. New exhibits and content will provide opportunities for children and their caregivers to learn together through play, discover where food comes from and learn about healthy food choices. The project is part of the Science Center’s long-term plan to update and expand educational content and bring a “farm-to-table” theme to the “Small Discoveries” exhibit. The renovation begins Tuesday, and the exhibit will reopen on March 13.
