According to a news release, there will be people onboard DART buses this month collecting surveys from a random sampling of riders to ensure the agency gets a pool of respondents who are representative of DART’s ridership. Riders can either complete the paper survey on the bus and return it to the survey collector, or complete it online. Completing a survey is voluntary. Surveys will be collected from riders on Local and Express routes, paratransit riders, RideShare riders and drivers and from DART on Demand riders.
