Delta Dental of Iowa is hosting a virtual event called “Caregiving: It’s more than a full-time job for your employees” on April 25 at 12 p.m. According to AARP, almost 20% of U.S. workers are providing care to an ill, aging or special-needs adult. The free event will explore how caregiving is affecting today’s workforce and how employers can support their employees. The conversation will be moderated by Jeff Russell, president and CEO of Delta Dental of Iowa, and will feature panelists from IMT Insurance, Women Lead Change, and Caregiven.
