Denver group buys medical office property on Des Moines’ east side

The 1.2-acre parcel includes a 5,306-square-foot medical office building constructed in 1988.
Genesis KC Development paid Gregory Smith $1.65 million for the property, which is valued at $1.2 million. The transaction was recorded June 27.

Sheila Toney paid Black Birch Homes & Design LLC $1.17 million for property at 1261 Timber Valley Drive in Polk City, records show. The property includes a recently completed single-family house. The transaction was recorded June 26.
Stephen and Claire Ridenour paid Zoya Voronovich and Kai Larsen $1.3 million for property at 2814 Forest Ave. in Des Moines, records show. The property includes a two-story, 5,550-square-foot house built in 1905 and updated in 2011. The transaction was recorded June 29.
Hoffman Holdings LLC, located in Urbandale, paid Casey’s Marketing Co. $650,000 for property at 3935 N.W. Urbandale Drive in Urbandale, records show. The 1.2-acre parcel includes a 3,068-square-foot convenience-store building and fuel pumps. The property is valued at $920,600. The transaction was recorded June 30.

Bricktowne Ashworth LC, based in Ames, paid Oakleaf Properties $2 million for residential lots in West Des Moines, Dallas County real estate records show. The properties are located along Ashworth Road near the 81st Street intersection. The transaction was recorded June 27.
Timothy and Jessica Fleming paid Homes by DePhillips LLC $1.67 million for property at 145 Indian Ridge Drive in Waukee, records show. Construction of the 3,367-square-foot house was recently completed. The transaction was recorded June 29.
