Department of Public Health given $3 million grant
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Center for Substance Abuse Treatment has awarded a $3,352,000 grant to the Iowa Department of Public Health.
The department will use the money to fund a project called “Access to Recovery,” a voucher-based system for clients to purchase recovery support services and substance abuse treatment.
