Holt Sales & Service LLC, which sells tires, wheels and axles and other related parts, paid JSP Fiontair LLC $3.8 million for the property at 1700 Dixon St., records show. Holt Sales & Service is located at 2323 Dean Ave. in Des Moines.
The property on Dixon Street includes a two-story, 72,524-square-foot office/warehouse that was built in 1999. The property is valued at $4 million.
The transaction was recorded Aug. 21.
