Radio Ink Magazine has named Scott Allen, Des Moines Radio Group brand manager, program director and operations manager, one of the Top 3 Program Directors of 2015 for markets of similar size to Greater Des Moines. Allen has been with DMRG since 1998, starting as an intern and eventually working his way to second in command of the organization.
