Des Moines schools appoint two principals
The Des Moines Independent Community School District announced the appointments of two new principals. Maureen Taylor will take over at Harding Middle School, and Nancy Croy will become the principal at McCombs Middle School.
Taylor is currently the school improvement leader at Harding, a position she began in 2009. Croy has been the principal at Lombardi Middle School in Green Bay, Wis., for the past 20 years.
