Adam Sieren, owner of Premier Construction Services, is seeking zoning to allow construction of up to 15 owner-occupied townhomes in a development called The Oaks on Fleur at the northwest corner of Fleur and Willowmere drives. The 1,750 square-foot southside townhomes, to be marketed for about $500,000 apiece, would have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The Plan and Zoning Board recommended denial of Sieren’s request, saying while members support the push for missing-middle housing, they understand neighbors’ concerns about the potential for more traffic and how the proposed modern design may fit with the neighborhood of mid-century homes along Fleur and Willowmere.
