Drake exhibit opens today
A Drake University exhibit titled “Young Adult Identity and Consumption in Urban China” opens today at the university’s Cowles Library, 2507 University Ave.
The exhibit is designed to teach about Chinese young adults as consumers and their impact on the global economy.
Darcie Vandegrift, Drake associate professor of sociology and interim director of the university’s Center for Global Citizenship, created the exhibit along with students who spent time studying with her in China.
