The Greater Des Moines Partnership has announced the 2025-26 cohort of the DSM Fellowship Program, a professional development initiative that aims to attract, develop and retain early career professionals. The cohort began its programming April 1, and will conclude in June 2026. The new cohort includes 17 individuals from seven Greater Des Moines organizations. The mission of the program is to give participants access to opportunities that will accelerate their professional and career development, community and civic engagement, and help them establish connections in the Des Moines area. The following are the fellows in the 2025-26 cohort:
