The Greater Des Moines Partnership announced the 2024 graduating class of the DSM Fellowship Program, a professional development initiative aimed at attracting, developing and retaining young talent. The program involves young professionals with up to two years of experience from local companies, focusing on enhancing workplace diversity, providing career acceleration opportunities and fostering community connections. The 2024 cohort, which began in February 2023, includes 19 members from eight organizations in Des Moines. The graduates come from various companies such as Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa, Farm Bureau Financial Services and John Deere Financial.
