Educational Expo starts today
The Iowa Pharmacy Association’s 2011 Educational Expo will take place today through Sunday at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown, 700 Grand Ave. Saturday’s keynote speaker, Matthew Seamon, will discuss medical marijuana. On Sunday, Tama Sawyer’s keynote address will focus on unintentional overdoses. The three-day event is expected to attract about 250 pharmacists, student pharmacists and technicians.
