EO Johnson Business Technologies, a Wausau, Wis.-based supplier of office print and copier equipment, finalized the acquisition of Koch Office Group’s Des Moines and Cedar Rapids locations on Feb. 1. The acquisition will bring all of EO Johnson’s offerings including imaging, business technology, and digital transformation to Iowa, according to a news release. EO Johnson will also continue to serve Koch Office Group corporate clients with Canon, HP and Ricoh imaging equipment. Several of Koch Office Group’s offerings, including office interiors, office supplies, promotional products and quick printing services, were not included in the acquisition. Locknet Managed IT, an EO Johnson company and managed security service provider, also serves the Iowa market, the release said.
