Carlos Gutierrez, former U.S. secretary of commerce and former CEO of Kellogg Co., will speak on the importance of immigration reform as a business issue that will affect the Iowa caucuses and the presidential election. The event will take place Friday, Jan. 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the State Historical Building, 600 E. Locust St. The event, presented by Microsoft Corp., is free and open to the public.
