Cedar Rapids Gazette: Before the Chicago Cubs and Cincinnati Reds bring Major League Baseball to the Field of Dreams again on Thursday, it’s the minor-leaguers’ night in Iowa. The Cedar Rapids Kernels and Quad Cities River Bandits play the first Minor League Baseball game at the Field of Dreams near Dyersville tonight. The teams will be wearing special throwback uniforms — the Cedar Rapids Bunnies and the Davenport Blue Sox — for the occasion.
