FIN Capital to host Angel Investing Boot Camp for women

FIN Capital, a women’s angel investor network recently launched in Iowa, announced it will host the Angel Investing Boot Camp on Nov. 3-4 at Tero International in Clive. The event, the first in a series planned by FIN Capital, is open to all Iowa women who have an interest in angel investing regardless of accreditation status, said Heidi Wessels, director of advocacy and networking for Iowa Center for Economic Success, which developed the initiative. The center plans to hold at least one Aspirant Series event per year that will be open to all Iowa women. Susan Preston, chair of Angel Resource Institute and managing partner of Seattle Angel Fund, will lead the boot camp. For more information and to register, click here.
