Des Moines Register: Tyson Foods supervisors fired in a coronavirus betting pool scandal at the company’s Waterloo pork plant have sued the company, saying they are still owed incentive payments. In separate lawsuits, the five managers argue that Tyson Foods needs to make extra performance payments after the plant hit certain production targets two years ago. The company’s Internal Governance Committee revoked the payments after suspending ? and ultimately firing ? the managers for betting on how many employees would test positive for COVID-19 in the first months of the pandemic.
