First Community Trust, a Dubuque-based trust company, has announced a new partnership with Des Moines-based Premier Credit Union to offer investment management, retirement and trust services to more people in Central Iowa. Wealth adviser and trust officer Lisa Grefe will now offer retirement and investment planning services to Premier members. “Through this partnership, Premier can proudly offer diverse retirement and financial planning resources to our members and help them plan ahead for generations to come,” Premier CEO Megan Tjernagel said in a prepared statement. First Community Trust has partnerships with 12 credit unions across the state, according to a news release.
