Flooding closes downtown D.M. trails, amphitheater
The Principal Riverwalk recreational trail and the Simon Estes amphitheater along the Des Moines River downtown are closed because of flooding, according to the city of Des Moines. The Meredith Trail, from Gray’s Lake to Southwest 16th Street, also is closed. Click here for other flood-related closures in Des Moines.
