What are your goals in your role at your company?
At Hubbell Realty, I have the great opportunity to give people in our community places to work, live and play. My goal, and the exciting part of my job, is helping our teams turn ideas into realities and helping our company and community grow.

What are your goals for community involvement?
As the president-elect of CREW Iowa, I am honored and excited as I prepare to lead this outstanding group through career support, business connections and educational programming. You will also find me participating in the Fight for Air Climb and March of Dimes March for Babies with Hubbell teams this spring.

What’s your biggest passion, and why?
People. I am energized by helping people, whether it is raising money to support the March of Dimes families, sitting on the Iowa Finance Authority board promoting affordable housing, or being a part of the 2017 Hubbell Extreme Build project of the Ronald McDonald House.

What is it that drives you?
I grew up in a great community, I have great parents, and I have great support from my husband, co-workers and mentors. Not everyone has the opportunities that I have had, and that is what drives me to do my best for Hubbell, for the community and for people who need support in their education, career or community involvement goals.

What are your future aspirations?
I want to continue to learn from senior leaders in the community and mentor others at Hubbell and within the community.
