What are your goals in your role at your company?
I’m excited to grow my real estate business and serve more clients with the same level of attention, commitment and dedication that I bring to work every day. I’d like to grow my team, eventually get my broker’s license, and mentor new agents entering the profession.

What are your goals for community involvement?
My community involvement is important to me, and allows me to give back to my community while learning and growing. I want to learn from other leaders that have made a big impact, and develop my own leadership attributes to be a more effective advocate for the organizations I serve.

What’s your biggest passion, and why?
I’m passionate about strengthening our neighborhoods and making sure every part of Des Moines becomes or grows as a thriving part of our city. By investing in our neighborhoods, more families will choose to live here, and we’ll create an even more vibrant community.

What is it that drives you?
As a Realtor, I do more than just help clients with one of the biggest decisions of their life. I do what I can to make our neighborhoods and our community as good as they can be. That means giving back and doing my best to be involved.

What are your future aspirations?
I’m an advocate for public education and our schools, and would like to someday run for Des Moines Public School board. I want to continue the excellent work our schools do, make all of our schools successful. I want to see more families moving into Des Moines because of strong schools.
