John Fraser, director of the University of Iowa Executive MBA Program, has received the 2010 Bud Fackler Service Award from the Executive MBA Council. The award recognizes contributions to the Executive MBA Council and to executive MBA programs worldwide, including efforts to share best practices and to raise the quality of the programs. Fraser served on the Executive MBA Council board for four years and was the chairman in 2007-2008. The council named the award after Bud Fackler, the late director of the Executive MBA Program at the University of Chicago and one of the council’s founders.
